AECP - Impressive Heat Embossing

Today’s card I created for the course Impressive Heat Embossing. I decided to use a layering Stamp an heat embossed all the layers. I never did that before and was surprised how well it worked.

 



I used the Morning Flowers Stamp and made the first layer in white, then in rose and finally in bronze. It has so much texture with all this layering.

I dint have a green embossing powder so I stamped the leave in green an added clear embossing powder.





For the background I put Toasted Mauve ink on cardstock. Such a warm color. And then added the Dotted Pinwheels Stamp set with white heat embossing.



For little bit a different color I made a center of the flower and the sentient from the Sweet Bouquet Stamp set in gold. So it’s not to much tone on tone.

This is so easy and you just receive amazing results. And I don’t know about you, but I have a lot of different inks and so I can use them all. Anyway, here is my card. I stamp the image with black ink and embossed it clear. Then I colored the tulips by using the stencil, the stamp and finally I added also I little bit of watercolor.  I created a background with watercolor too. Then finally I added some splatter and a sentiment from the same stamp set.

Hello everyone!   Thank you so much for visiting my blog. You must be here from  LauraJane s  Blog. U nbelievable how creative she always is!   I created some cards I would like to share with you.   My first card I made with the new Daisies stencil that coordinates with embossing folder. I first colored the embossing folder with a brayer and run it through my die cut machine. Then colored the flowers with the stencils in blue and purple. I love this color combination. And with the stencil it is so easy to get great results.  After coloring I put the paper back in the embossing folder and run it through again, so I got back some of the dimension I may have lost with the coloring. I decided to take a small sentiment from the Floral Halo Stamp Set and fussy cut it out. I didn’t want to distract from this beautiful image. Today I’m going to share some cards featuring the new embossing folder from the Sommer Love Collection.   My first card I created with the Geo Triangles Embossing Folder. And the best thing about this embossing folder is, that there are also coloring stencils available. I started to emboss some white cardstock and then colored it with the stencil with different shades of green. I added a geometric piece who matches the pattern from the embossing folder and stamped my sentiment there. Then I used some flowers from the Wonderland Stamp set I had actually left over from another project.
