Blossoming Creativity Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in Total Prizes)
Thanks so much for stopping by. Today I’m going to share with you a few thank you cards. Because what is more important than being grateful and appreciating the people you have in your life.š And I also have some celebrating cards. I all created with the new products from the Just Imagine October 2022 Release.
My first card I created with the Fairy Tale Floral Stamp and Stencil set. I embossed the flowers with gold embossing powder and colored them with the stencil.
For the background I took some green watercolor and then I stamped the leaves which are actually the decoration for the flowers in green as well. for the sentiment I hot foiled the word thanks from the Versatile Greetings Hot Foil Set.
On my next card I built a heart of flowers. I used the Hill Blossoms Stencil to create the flowers because you can create four flowers and cut them out all at once.
For the background I made some ink blending and added some bubbles with the Tiny Bubbles Stencil. I also used a foiled sentiment from the Versatile Greeting Set.
For my next card I used the Imaginary Jungle Embossing Folder. I first inked the folder with orange ink and run it through my die cut machine.
Then I colored everything with the coordinating stencil. I love to color with stencils because it makes it so easy and you always get great results. This time I just die cut the sentiment with the Versatile Greeting die set.
For this cad I started to create a background with Oxide Ink. It works also with die ink, but for this technique decided to choose oxides. I then stamped some branches from the Floral Halos Stamp set with water and dab the excess away.
Then I stamped the same branches repeatedly with white pigment ink. For the word thanks I foiled the alphabet with the Essential Alpha hot foil plate on blue cardstock. Then I colored half of it by using the stencil. To finish my card, I added a stripe of gold cardstock, just to add some shine and interest.
I took the reverse foiling from the Essential Alpha Foil an created more letters. These I used to create some celebrating cards.
I actually took colored cardstock but you could easily do this with ink blending. And then added again some bubbles in same colors. These cards are pretty simple and fast to do but I think with the foiled letters they really pop out.
Thanks for taking your time to look on my cards. š Hope you found some inspiration! Now make sure to check Caly Person Blog.
