Altenew July 2022 Summer Sunshine Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in total prizes)

Hi there!

If you're coming from Penny Pynnonen Blog, you're on the right track. Otherwise, just have fun or go back to the Altenew Blog.

This is my first blog hop and I’m soo excited to be part of it. So, these are the cards I created with all the new and fabulous new products of the  Summer Sunshine Collection.

The first card I created with the Captivating Bloom Stamp Set. I stamp the flowers on a white card base and colored them with the coordinating stencil. I don’t know about you but I love to color withs stencils. It’s so easy and you get to most beautiful results.

I added texture with the Dotted Scales Debossing Cover Die. Then I stamped my sentiment with a little bit of ombree effect with the same inks I use to color the flowers.

The second card I have also made with the Captivating Bloom Stamp set. This time I have stamped the flowers on a green paper and embossed with rose embossing powder. Then I colored them with the stencil by using pigment ink.

The sentiment is from the Monsteras and Quotes Stamp Set. I glued to the card panel on a metallic rose cardstock. And to finish everything some sparkling stones. With all the metallic elements its somehow looks elegant.

This card features the Monsteras and Quotes Stamp Set. With all the greenery I feel like in a tropical garden. I started to cut out the Burlap Texture and used it as a stencil on withe cardstock. Then I stamped, colored and die cut the beautiful leaves.

I really wanted that feeling of a beach bar, so I added some flowers from the Captivating Bloom Stamp Set. I colored them and fussy cut them out. I stamped one of the great sentiments (there are tons in this set and it was so difficult to decide which one😅) on black cardstock and embossed it in withe. I cut this out with one of the Geometric Frame Die Set.

On the next card I used the Mosaic Diamond Stamp Set. This was one of my favorites from this release. It creates great backgrounds and, on my cards, it gives even a little bit of texture.

I stamped half of my card in yellow and added then a flower from the Wild Flora Stamp set. This flower is so tall that it perfectly divides the card in two parts.

The sentiment was also on the Mosaic Diamonds Stamp Set. Such a great message for all those who sometimes struggle when something is not that perfect, as we want it to be.

And also, my last card features the Mosaic Diamond Stamp Set. This time I stamped it on the whole card in a nice minty color. Then cut out some white circles to create a little frame.

Then I added some flowers from the Pen Sketched Stamp Set. The sentiment is from the Magnolia Ballerina Stamp Set. I stamped it with the same mint color.

That’s all from my side today😊
